Testimonials
“I can’t recommend Taylor at Tender Tails enough, especially if you have a pet who struggles with vet visits, if you need some extra support during a surgery recovery, or have a more complex medical needs pet.
My kitty had surgery and I was anxious about appropriately monitoring and caring for him while he recovered. Taylor came to our home, which made a world of difference since my cat gets very anxious with car rides and vet visits. She was extremely thorough in checking his vitals, monitoring his incision, and walking me through his care plan with clear explanations that were easy to understand. Even though we had instructions from the vet, she clarified details and gave me confidence in what to watch for. She also sent her notes directly to both the surgeon and our regular vet clinic which I really appreciated.
Beyond her professionalism, Taylor is incredibly kind and you can immediately tell how much she truly cares for the animals she works with. Between check-ins, my cat had a side effect from his medication and she guided me through the next steps while reassuring me the whole way. She also shared practical tips for giving medication, feeding him with the cone on, and monitoring him at home.
If you’re looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable in-home vet tech care, she’s the one to contact!”
